How to cancel
Two clicks, from your own account, at any time. No phone call, no retention offer, and no exit survey standing between you and the button.
- 1Sign inUse the email address on your account. We send you a link — there is no password to remember.
- 2Open AccountIt is in the top navigation once you are signed in, and in the footer of every page.
- 3Choose Cancel subscriptionIt takes effect immediately. Nothing else is asked of you.
What happens to your access
You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period you already bought — cancelling stops the next charge, it does not cut you off mid-period. After that the account drops back to the free readiness check, and your progress and results stay where they are in case you come back.
What happens to your money
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself return a payment already taken — that is what the refund policy is for, and it is generous on purpose. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions, no exit survey. The full refund policy sets out the other two routes, including a renewal you did not mean to keep.
If you cannot get into your account
Email support@examprotocol.com from any address you think we might have, and tell us enough to find the account. We cancel it for you and confirm in writing. We reply within two business days, and a cancellation is never made conditional on you replying to anything first.
Cancelling something you bought elsewhere
If you bought a course through a marketplace such as Udemy, that purchase is not an ExamProtocol subscription and we cannot cancel it — it follows that marketplace’s own process. Subscriptions bought here are handled here.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so a charge on your statement may carry their name. Cancelling here cancels the billing with them as well — you do not need to contact them separately.
