Refund Policy

Three ways to get your money back, stated before you pay rather than discovered afterwards.

1 · Changed your mind, 14 days

Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions and no exit survey. This applies to your first payment on a plan, not to renewals — a renewal you meant to cancel is covered by the next section instead.

2 · A renewal you did not want

If a plan renewed and you had not used it since the previous period started, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund that renewal. We would rather return the money than keep a payment from someone who had stopped studying.

3 · The pass guarantee

If you finished the program and still failed the exam, the guarantee refunds your last payment and keeps your access open. Its conditions are set out in full on the guarantee page.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for your purchase. Their processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we approve it; that part is not in our hands.

What is not refundable

Periods you have already completed and used, beyond the windows above. Accounts ended for sharing credentials or redistributing content. Purchases made through a marketplace such as Udemy — those follow that marketplace’s own refund policy, which we do not control.

Asking for one

Email refunds@examprotocol.com from the address on your account. You do not need to explain yourself for reasons 1 or 2. We reply within two business days.
